We have 4 meetings a year on a Saturday 10am – 3pm in the Nottingham area, and everyone contributes their own skills to the group, whatever they may be.
Recently we spent a fabulous day exploring origami as an inspiration for our work as one of our members has a talent for folding. Another member shared with us her fascinating exploration of germs and viruses, we never knew they could be so beautiful! There is always plenty to discuss and show, as everyone brings in their recent creations, interesting finds, inspirational books and articles, and personal discoveries.
Each of us is at different stages in understanding and using our software, but every one wants to help each other by sharing their knowledge and experiences and to encourage each other to explore our own avenues further.
Membership is £10 per year plus £2 on the door, or £3 for visitors who are welcome. There is a theme for each session and most of the meetings are discussion based with plenty of show and tell, and there are PCs and Mcintosh's available with Photoshop, Elements and Paint shop Pro to use.
